Charter Oak

Perched with panoramic ocean views in Carlsbad, this partial remodel embraced bold design moves, most notably relocating a structural support beam to open the kitchen and living areas into one expansive space. The renovation leaned into color, texture, and unexpected pairings of tile and natural stone. The result is an eclectic, modern California home that doesn't shy away from personality.
