Investment Guide - a window into our services, design structure, fees, and processes
Initial Consultation- an hour introductory meeting where we assess your project, discuss scope, and walk the property (if applicable)
Detailed Time Proposal- based on your Scope of Work, we will calculate an estimate of hours
Welcome Guide- a first step to working together
Design Questionnaire- a deep dive into learning about your aesthetic and overall design preferences
Design Package- including elevations and drawings as well as renderings if elected/needed
Renovation Material Selections- ample options that encompass thought-through concepts, fresh materials, and interesting color and texture groupings
Furniture Floor Plans- included with furnishing projects as needed
Accessory Sourcing- applicable to furnishing projects
Purchasing and Procurement
Product Documentation- live documentation accessible by the client that provides purchasing and shipping information and frequent updates
Project Management- site visits and meetings with tradespeople as needed and dictated by the specific project
Collaboration- We encourage collaboration and open communication with our team including architects, contractors, project managers, landscape designers, and landcapers
Installation- coordination with receiving companies for delivery and installation
Styling- the final step in your process, we finish out every space with an attention to detail
